The ideation sketches are along the top and upper right side. Once an idea was decided on (bottom drawings) it was reworked and put in simple lines that were put into Illustrator. The file that was created was then sent to be laser cut, and those pieces were used to help guide the sizing for the chavant clay model. 

Chavant clay comes solid and has to be heated up in order to be modeled. A PVC base and wooden dowel is the internal structure that was modeled over top of in order to provide support for the clay.
